In today's market, safety bands that indicate a product is being opened by a consumer for the first time are a necessity in terms of brand prestige and food safety. The automatic safety band application machine precisely applies safety gelatin (sleeving) to the cap of glass jars, PET bottles, or plastic containers moving along the conveyor line. Subsequently, the packaged items passing through the integrated heat tunnel (steam or electric shrink tunnel) complete the sealing process by tightly wrapping around the cap under the effect of heat.
